A newcomer walked into a meeting overwhelmed by his problem. Seeing no way out, he asked an old timer for help.
“I can’t go on,” he said. “My story is so bad, my problem too large.”
The old timer replied, “My friend, if you can’t bear it’s weight, just place your problem inside this room. Then walk around and take any problem you want in exchange.”
The man was filled with relief. “Thank you, sir,” he sighed, and did as he was told.
As he looked around the room he saw many different problems; some so large they barely fit in the vast meeting hall. Then he spotted a tiny little problem leaning against a far wall.
“I’d like that one, sir,” he whispered.
And the old timer replied, “My friend, don’t you recognize that problem? It’s the one you brought in…”
