It is said that 15 minutes of quality meditation can free a person from 80% of anxiety, stress, worry and other negative emotions.
There are 60 minutes in an hour, and 24 hours in a day. Or 1440 minutes each day.

15 minutes represents 1% of each day.
Is a sound mind and serenity worth giving up 1% of the day?
